When a family comes to us for assistance with the loss of a loved one, we intuitively understand the position they are in. With all of those human emotions to cope with initially, there still remains a number of legal and practical decisions to be made in a short period of time as well; Visitations, Funerals, Disposition of Remains, Merchandise selection, legal notifications, as well as dozens of other details. Things that can often overwhelm any family.
